Anja is an Irish-born, Nashville-raised artist whose work spans dance, circus, film, performance art, and movement direction Drawing from a rich background in ballet, contemporary dance, and partnering work, Anja integrates her contortion-based practice to create striking, visceral imagery that lingers in the mind.

Her work is driven by a deep curiosity about memory and sensation, aiming to forge powerful emotional connections with her audiences.
