Amy Mauvan

Amy Mauvan is a New Zealand born. She is a performer and contemporary dance choreographer who creates live and digital work for various spaces and directs movement for music videos and films. Her practice fosters creativity and accessibility by deploying imagination, live images, and mentally guided imagery to develop new and unique movements. She often conjugates performance art elements with the somatic. She is an artist who thinks outside the box, driven by the urgency to step into the unknown and seek freedom.
