Volodymyr Topiy was born in 1979 in Sudova Vishnya. He studied at the Lviv National Academy of Fine Arts. In 2013, he was a scholarship holder of “Gaude Polonia”, a scholarship of the Polish Minister of Culture. He deals with performance, painting, installation and graphics.
