Artist Statement
In my work, I seek to dissolve boundaries between artist and audience, allowing art to unfold as a shared experience. Rooted in an interdisciplinary approach akin to Fluxus, I approach each piece as a space for spontaneous, collective engagement—an environment where participants actively shape the outcome. Using sensory elements, especially scent, I engage viewers in a layered experience of place and time, inviting them to reconsider their connection to the world around them. Recent collaborations—with my daughter, audiences, animals or plants and fungi—focus on hospitality, shared presence, and sustainable interaction. Through participatory art, I aim to create moments of curiosity, humor, and profound connection, inviting each participant to become an integral part of the work itself.
